After much though and extensive research, I have decided to have the VNS device implanted. I will be getting Model 102. Surgery is scheduled for January 12th. Lots of news to follow... as I plan to blog my experiences with getting the device implanted and it's effects over time.

Thanks! Wish me well! In a few days I'll be posting on the "unexplained deaths" percentages with VNS. Epileptics have a higher rate of unexplained deaths than the general population. People with VNS implants also have a higher rate of unexplained deaths.... but no higher than epileptics. More to come...
